• Ensure a safe working environment during the session
   

Photos by JD is not responsible for compromised results due to uncooperative subjects, restricted access, or conditions beyond reasonable control.

• All photographs remain the intellectual property of Photos by JD unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
   
• Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use delivered images for personal or agreed-upon commercial use.
   
• Images may not be altered, sold, or redistributed without written permission.
   
• Photos by JD reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless a written non-use agreement is in place.
   

• Estimated delivery timelines will be provided but are not guaranteed.
   
• Delivery timelines may vary based on project scope, volume, or unforeseen circumstances.
   
• Final images are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.
   

Photos by JD takes reasonable care in the performance of services. However, liability for any claim, loss, or injury is limited to the total amount paid for the services provided. Photos by JD is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
